Absolutely not! There is no charge for registering on Stonelist, whether you are a supplier or a buyer. We only charge a small commission on materials sold through our platform. All other services, such as creating a page to showcase your products and projects, are free, with no subscription or listing fees.
We understand that browsing photos online is sometimes not enough to make a confident purchase, especially for natural stone, as each slab is unique. To address this, we offer an option to book a showing through our online calendar or by contacting us. This allows you to inspect the material in person for peace of mind before making a purchase.
All suppliers working with Stonelist provide a minimum standard warranty on their products. Buyers are encouraged to review the warranty and return policy of materials before purchasing or ask us for assistance. Stone auctions may feature items sold "as-is," so buyers should carefully inspect listings in person to ensure they meet their requirements.
We will send you a confirmation and work with you to arrange payment and schedule pickup. For auction purchases, due to the low price of materials, shipping is typically the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted. Yes, all suppliers and fabricators are welcome to register on Stonelist and list their materials. Registration is straightforward and free, making it easy to showcase your products to a wider audience.
For items listed in the product section, suppliers usually provide delivery unless otherwise specified. For auction purchases, buyers are responsible for pickup but may coordinate shipping with the supplier or through Stonelist for an additional fee.
Return or exchange policy of prodcuts vary brand to brand and buyers need to review the policy before making purchase. If you need any help in this matter, please just contact us.
Currently, only fabricators and suppliers can view auction prices and place bids or offers. If you’re interested in auction materials, your fabricator can contact us, or if you don’t have one, reach out to us for guidance.
