Each lot consists of approximately 4 to 10 slabs. Bundles with fewer than 4 slabs will be merged with other similar lots, while bundles with more than 10 slabs will be divided into 2 or more lots.Suppliers must contact us to list their products for auction. We categorize products into different lots to simplify purchasing, shipping, and storage for buyers.
Before listing any products for auction, please consider and decide on the following points:
- Quantity: Decide on the number of slabs you want to list for auction.
- Market Value: Conduct market research to determine the average market value.
- Starting Price: Set a competitive starting price, often below the average market value.
- Reserve Price: Determine the minimum price you are willing to accept for your product.
- Total Cost: Calculate the total cost for the buyer, including the hammer price, buyer’s premium, and applicable taxes.
- Showing Schedule: Schedule viewing times, ideally starting before the auction begins and continuing until it closes.
- Showing Location: Choose a well-lit, accessible, and safe location to allow buyers to easily inspect the materials.
- Auction Schedule: Determine the start date, closing date, and duration of the auction (e.g., 7, 10, or 14 days).
- Product Description: Prepare a PDF including detailed description of the slabs, including material, color, finish, dimensions, and any unique features or defects.
- Photos: Ensure you have high-quality images from various angles to show the slabs clearly. This is crucial for online buyers who can’t physically inspect the product.
- Documentation: Provide any relevant documents like spec sheets, quality certificates, or brochures to give buyers more information.
- Payment Terms: Clarify the payment terms for the auction, including accepted payment methods and the timeframe for payment after the auction closes.
- Shipping Arrangements: Provide information on shipping or pickup options, including estimated costs or preferred logistics partners.
- Return Policy: Mention if returns or refunds are allowed, especially if a buyer is unsatisfied with the slabs upon delivery.
